Overview

Registrar by MBI is the first customer information management system built for banking. Drawing its name from a ‘registrar’ within a university context, Registrar centralizes and streamlines data management by maintaining detailed records of customer information, acting as the single source of truth to provide consistency across an organization’s systems.

Key Features

Designed to activate the data that exists within a financial institution’s bank stack, Registrar offers key features including Comprehensive Householding, Centralized Data Management, and Data Orchestration.

Empowering financial institutions to manage consumer and business information (PII), Comprehensive Householding provides a 360-degree view across consumer business accounts, households, and organizations. By creating a Unified ID (UID), financial institutions can access and maintain customer information including, but not limited to, legal names, birthdates, social security numbers, TINs, mailing and email addresses, and phone numbers - all stored within a centralized location. With a panoramic view of accounts and customer data, financial institutions can create tailor-made offers and cross-sell products specifically for the customer.

Registar functions as the source of truth for customer information using Centralized Data Management. With Live Syncs, customer information can be updated in one location (rather than several), ensuring that data across various systems is accurate. Customer Support and Fraud teams can view and track up-to-date customer information across internal systems, while reducing operational errors.

Data Orchestration facilitates the streaming of customer information to various internal systems, allowing seamless vendor integrations. By tracking a Unified ID through Registrar, customer information can be proliferated across multiple systems such as Cores, LOS, CRM, data warehouses and aggregators, and marketing tools.
